Support For Your Own Process
Therapists engaged in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) training are required to complete DBR therapy with an approved provider. These sessions are an essential part of the training process—supporting your own nervous system, deepening your relational capacity, and informing your work as a clinician.
What to Expect
-
Eight DBR processing sessions (orienting tension → shock → affect)
-
Slow, careful pacing aligned with DBR guidelines
-
Focus on brainstem-level processing (not cognitive insight)
-
Experiential work—not performative or evaluative
-
Space for both your professional and personal experience

A Different Kind of Space
These DBR approved provider sessions are intended to support your own process, which is foundational to practicing DBR with depth and integrity.
Who This Is For
-
Therapists currently in DBR training
