DBR Therapy with an Approved Provider
For therapists completing required DBR therapy sessions
Therapists engaged in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) training are required to complete DBR approved provider therapy, consisting of 8 sessions with an approved provider.
This is not simply a requirement—it is an opportunity to experience DBR as it unfolds within your own nervous system.
What to Expect
-
A DBR processing (orienting tension → shock → affect)
-
Slow, careful pacing aligned with DBR guidelines
-
Focus on brainstem-level processing (not cognitive insight)
-
Experiential work—not performative or evaluative
-
Space for both your professional and personal experience
A Different Kind of Space
These sessions are therapy—not consultation or supervision.
These DBR approved provider therapy sessions are intended to support your own process, which is foundational to practicing DBR with depth and integrity.
