Karma has earned master and doctoral degrees in social work and and is a certified couple & family therapist. She has been providing therapy services to children, teens, and adults for over 25 years. She provides clinical consultation and training to psychotherapists and emergency service workers.

Sibylle Foppa, LicPhil

Sibylle is a psychological associate with over 30 years of experience as a therapist. She works primarily with preteens, teens, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, low self-esteem, body image problems, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, as well as difficulties in family relationships and parenting. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches and draws on them flexibly to suit each client's needs and goals.

Allison Jones, MSW

Allison works primarily with couples. She utilises an integrative approach to practice and draws from Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Shannon Edwards, MSW

Shannon is a registered social worker providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults. She utilises an integrative approach to practice and is extensively trained in DBT, CBT, and parenting coaching. She has recently completed training in EMDR. She provides online therapy in Ontario and Nova Scotia, only.
