Meet Our Team
Thoughtful care. Skilled clinicians. Lasting change.
At Dr. Karma Guindon, RSW & Associates, our team brings together advanced clinical training, extensive experience, and a shared commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based care. We work collaboratively with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering therapy that is carefully paced, relationally attuned, and responsive to complexity.
Our clinicians draw from approaches such as Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic and attachment-based models. This integrative foundation allows us to tailor therapy to each person’s unique nervous system, history, and goals.
Each member of our team holds master’s or doctoral-level training in social work or psychology, with advanced specialization in trauma, attachment, couples therapy, and neurobiologically informed care. We combine clinical skill with warmth and respect, creating a safe and supportive space where meaningful healing can unfold over time.
Whether you are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we are here to walk alongside you — with clarity, compassion, and care.
